The Neuroinclusive Leader: Drive Organisational Change
PET002551
Course overview
Real organisational change happens when leadership teams move from awareness to action. This one-day, peer-based workshop is designed for management teams ready to embed neurodiversity inclusion into everyday practice, followed by tailored coaching sessions to ensure meaningful, lasting results.
Your team will work together to assess current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a practical, achievable action plan for your organisation. Through facilitated discussions, case studies, and interactive planning, you’ll build a shared understanding of neurodiversity, communication styles, and workplace accommodations that drive engagement, retention, and wellbeing.
The workshop also focuses on creating psychological safety, helping managers learn how to encourage disclosure, build trust, and foster environments where neurodivergent employees can perform at their best. Each organisation leaves with a clear implementation roadmap, peer accountability structures, and measurable objectives.
Post-workshop coaching sessions provide ongoing support to track progress, celebrate early wins, and overcome barriers to change.
By attending, your management team will gain the tools, confidence, and shared commitment to embed inclusive practices across your organisation, improving employee engagement, reducing turnover, and strengthening performance. Ideal for: Organisations serious about inclusion, looking to align leadership, build practical strategies, and create workplaces where every individual can thrive.
