Machine Production Operator - Gemalto

Duties will include:

• Learn Gemalto’s standardised working procedures and apply them to achieve consistent outcomes
• Use internal documentation to prepare automated machinery
• Learn how to contribute to improvement activities to achieve world class results
• Carry out Quality checks throughout batches of work
• Work as part of a team to ensure that delivery targets are met
• Learn how to set and run a variety of personalisation production equipment to produce data cards 
• Learn about new low volume personalised products
• Undertake Lean Skills training

Other information:

• The company is located on the Segensworth industrial estate with limited public transport
• This role involves shift work (please see working hours)
• Due to the nature of the business, any offer made will be subject to security checks and clearance – details of which will be provided during interview
• You will need to be able to provide 7 years of address history
• References from professionals will be required (previous employer, teachers, lecturers etc)

Qualifications required:

• Minimum of 2 GCSEs or equivalents in Math’s and English at Grade C
