Duties will include:
- Learn Gemalto’s standardised working procedures and apply them to achieve consistent outcomes
- Use internal documentation to prepare automated machinery
- Learn how to contribute to improvement activities to achieve world class results
- Carry out Quality checks throughout batches of work
- Work as part of a team to ensure that delivery targets are met
- Learn how to set and run a variety of personalisation production equipment to produce data cards
- Learn about new low volume personalised products
- Undertake Lean Skills training
Other information:
- The company is located on the Segensworth industrial estate with limited public transport
- This role involves shift work (please see working hours)
- Due to the nature of the business, any offer made will be subject to security checks and clearance – details of which will be provided during interview
- You will need to be able to provide 7 years of address history
- References from professionals will be required (previous employer, teachers, lecturers etc)

Qualifications required:
- Minimum of 2 GCSEs or equivalents in Math’s and English at Grade C
