To assist in the repair or service of all in and out of Warranty products returned to the Internal Service Centre. To learn and understand the process of Analysing / Fault Finding to determine the correct repair and components that are required.

Duties will include:

  • Repair or Service products for customers both in and out of warranty
  • To ensure all customer details are entered correctly onto the Sap Service Tool
  • Complete Service Booklet
  • Check that the product is electrically tested and safe for purpose before returning to the customer
  • Product testing and fault analysis

Qualifications required:

  • No desired qualifications although GCSE’s in Maths and English would be advantageous.

Benefits:

  • Excellent pension – Employee contribution 3% and employee contribution 6% - 9% in total
  • Death in service – 6 times salary if in the pension scheme and £20,000 if not
