Working hours: Early Shift Mon – Fri 06.00 – 13.30 hrs, Late Shift Mon – Fri 13.25 – 08.55 hrs (37.5 hrs)

Duties will include:

  • Learn Gemalto’s standardised working procedures and apply them to achieve consistent outcomes
  • Use internal documentation to prepare automated machinery
  • Learn how to contribute to improvement activities to achieve world class results
  • Carry out Quality checks throughout batches of work
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that delivery targets are met
  • Learn how to set and run a variety of personalisation production equipment to produce data cards
  • Learn about new low volume personalised products
  • Undertake Lean Skills training

Skills required:

  • Have a good attention to detail with a quality orientated mind-set
  • Be able to demonstrate a readiness to learn and develop your own performance.
  • Be able to demonstrate taking the initiative able to solve day-to-day problems
  • Be adaptive and flexible with a willingness to accept change


Personal qualities:

  • Have a positive approach to work with a desire to contribute to a team
  • Want to work flexibly, willingly and in co-operating with others.
  • You will be goal orientated with excellent communication skills
  • Have good levels of concentration
  • Have a strong desire to meet deadlines

Qualifications required:

  • Minimum of 2 GCSEs or equivalents in Math’s and English at Grade C
