To become a valued, hands-on member of the Fasset Maintenance Team, ensuring all repairs and maintenance of all systems on site operate to efficient functionality. The successful candidate will spend time working rotationally in each area of the maintenance team under the direction of a qualified Engineer

Fasset provide a full range of commercial property management services,
with a high level of skill in FM delivery, estates management and fit out and refurbishment projects. We provide soft and hard facilities management services,
to thousands of employees, across a number of sites throughout the UK,
and have been doing so for over 15 years.

Duties will include:

  • Good practical and technical skills
  • Ability in maths, science and IT
  • An understanding of engineering drawings and principles
  • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
  • Ability to manage a varied workload (under supervision)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • An awareness of health and safety
  • Ability to communicate confidently and contribute to discussions with supervisor
  • Understand the importance of planning
  • Understand the importance of teamwork with the ability to self motivate and organise
  • Carry out all administrative tasks appropriate to the role
  • To work towards and successfully achieve a qualification in L2 Maintenance Operations Apprenticeship and attend necessary college sessions and complete all course work in own time (day release)

Skills required:

  • Proactive with a “can do” attitude.
  • Team player and willingness to share tasks. 
  • Ability to work under pressure

Personal qualities:

  • Excellent client and customer services professional standards to be maintained at all times plus adherence to agreed protocol and service standards

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE English Grades A - E
  • GCSE Maths Grades A - E
