Working within a dedicated sales team to ensure high customer service standards at all times and sales administration is kept up to date and managed according to  company guidelines.  This is a varied and interesting job role within a busy independent estate agents.  This job will enable you to grow and enhance your knowledge within the industry.

Duties will include:

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our busy Drayton team.  The job role will include:

  • Face to face contact with potential clients
  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Filing of property and client details
  • Updating company database
  • Taking photos of properties
  • Showing properties
  • Other general administrative duties



Skills required:

  Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office desirable
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales

Qualifications required

GCSE English Grade C and above or equivalent
GCSE Maths Grade D and above or equivalent


  • Staff Room facilities
  • 20 days paid holiday, plus 8 statutory days holiday
