More Than Safety are leading the way in the supply or Tools, Uniform, PPE and Test Equipment to large contracts in FM industry. After a period of sustained growth, we are now looking for a customer services advisor/ administrator at our busy office in Hedge End.

With over 25 years’ experience in putting the nation’s workforce in branded uniform supplying PPE, professional tools and test equipment. In addition More Than Safety supply safety signs, access equipment, fire safety equipment and a full range of lock out/tag off products.

Duties will include:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries and requests about products and services

  • Deal with customers directly by telephone or electronically.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information.
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Organise workflow to meet customer demands.
  • Recognising and maximising cross-selling opportunities.
  • Communicate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Accept extra duties as situations arise.
  • Work efficiently, calmly, respectfully and to meet tight deadlines.


Skills required:

  • Good understanding of customer service
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as SAP Business One desirable (Although not necessary).
  • Product knowledge desirable.
  • Ideally fluent in a 2nd European language. (Although not necessary)
