Duties will include:

Administrators perform a multifunctional job. Your role will involve working closely with the company Directors, Registered Manager and Deputy Manager. The administrator’s job is integral to the day-to-day functionality of the business. If there are environmental, office resource or administrative issues, the administrator resolves them with direction from the Registered Manager.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact to In Home Care face to face, over email or by telephone
  • Manage the day to day calls that come into the office
  • Liaising with managerial staff, seniors and carers
  • Taking messages and emailing to relevant people
  • Manage all recruitment enquiries, following through applications, references etc.
  • Book interviews
  • Stock and order office equipment
  • Maintain and enjoyable and clean working environment
  • Arrange, organize and co-ordinate meetings
  • Have full knowledge of People Planner and Pass Genius
  • Be responsible for the post
  • Making teas and coffees
  • Managing the distribution of office phones
  • Take new recruit photos and email over to Finance Manager
  • Engaging in induction training – installing People Planner and Pass Genius
  • Manage social media advertising
  • Manage carer files ensuring they are compliant
  • Upkeep of In Home Care’s client documentation


Other information:

  • During the first 15 months you will complete a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade A*-C (4-9) or equivalent is preferred
