Strategic Account Manager

"What drives me is knowing that what PETA offers is of the highest standard and that the results of what we do positively impacts the individuals we help develop."

What led you to work for PETA?

I have been an Account Manager of some description for over 10 years but never really found a company I felt proud to work for.
When I saw the opportunity to work for a company whose sole purpose is to support its clients and help their employees become the best they can I jumped at the chance to work here.

What is your role at PETA and what drives you to do what you do?

My role is Strategic Account Manager. What drives me is knowing that what PETA offers is of the highest standard and that the results of what we do positively impacts the individuals we help develop.

What knowledge and experience do you draw upon for your role?

Coming from a catering background, my objective has always been to make sure my clients are happy, see value in what I offer and come back to my business whenever they have need. To be working with businesses who have been members of PETA for 30 or even 50+ years is fantastic.

How do you approach your role on a day-to-day basis? What skills are required?

My role requires strong communication and organisational skills, PETA work with a lot of companies and I need to reach a lot of busy people so my ability to stay focused and balanced is crucial.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

Outside of work I love to cook and travel and believe that the best way to experience a different culture is to eat their food. I then like to learn how to cook it so I can share my experiences with family and friends.

What are your personal values, and what is important to you?

My personal values are integrity, honesty and worthwhile work.
I have to believe in what I do in order to be good at it and I will not do something I do not believe in.
