Working directly for our Contracts and Operations Manager and within the office administration team.  This role will offer the suitable applicant an opportunity to gain valued experience and knowledge in administration and email marketing.

Duties will include:

  • Administration
  • General business administration
  • Procurement
  • Customer care
  • Sales support
  • Helpdesk
  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Data entry
  • Stock control
  • Administration work to support the day-to-day processes within the office
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Opening and distributing the post
  • Database Management and Database entry
  • Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationary and equipment
  • Email Marketing
  • Assessing the target market
  • Creating / designing marketing emails
  • Monitoring marketing campaigns and measuring success

Other information:

  • During your first 15 months you will complete the Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3

Qualifications required:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths is preferred but not essential
