Joining the dynamic telesales team offering fantastic opportunities and prospects to grow a career in Sales. The job role involves both pro-active and re-active telephone sales to customers. You will be responsible for promoting the Companies products and eventually up-selling additional company services.

Duties will include:

Redshank support all of their telesales executive in progressing their careers.  The opportunity to progress into a Business Development Manager, Team Leader or Sales Manager will always be offered to those Apprentices who wish to further their careers.

This role will offer the suitable applicant an opportunity to gain valued experience and knowledge of a busy working environment. You will need to have a proactive and committed attitude and a desire to succeed.

  • Calling and receiving calls from clients and taking orders
  • Making direct contact with new and existing climnets to rpomote services and up sell
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Database Management and Database entry

Other information:

  • During your first 13 months you will complete the Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard Level 2

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE Grade C(4) or above in English Language or equivalent is desirable but not essential

  • Possibility to progress to full time job roles according to the strengths of the apprentice
