To work alongside the sales Director supporting in all aspects of the day to day sales processes within the business.  This is an ideal position if you are looking for a long term career within the recruitment/sales industry.  Starting at the very beginning by learning and understanding all elements of recruitment, selection and client management there will be a long term opportunity for the successful apprentice to further their career as a resourcer or consultant.

Duties will include:

We are looking for a Sales support consultant that has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, whilst also having a willingness to learn and a passion for sales. Previous sales experience would be beneficial, but don’t worry if you haven’t got it, because we will ensure you will receive support from your Manager and the best training in line with our admin Consultant development programme.

  • To work with and manage client enquiries, up selling and managing the recruitment process
  • To maintain accurate records of all recruitment and relevant processes
  • To advertise jobs and manage the marketing boards
  • Top manage and update the applicant and client database as and when necessary
  • Applicant matching process to support the overall recruitment process
  • Answering calls and emails and ensuring the appropriate action is taken
  • Attending client meetings and site visits

Other information:

  • Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and regulations
  • Adhere to the Company Information and Protection Policy (IPP)
  • Comply with statutory requirements and regulations and Company requirements
  • Carry out any other reasonable request within current competence level

Qualifications required:

  • Math and English Language at Grade C/4 or above
