Working in the Customer Operations Team within a rapidly growing telecoms based business and reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, this role offers a wide range of responsibilities and the potential for further development for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

  • Manage internal pricing database
  • Support the team with procurement for projects.
  • Ordering of goods and services
  • Management of goods and services ordered
  • Manage client requests via telephone and email
  • Update clients and or oversee a client’s expectations re the ordering, delivery, or support of their service.
  • Utilising the company client portal and following processes
  • Any other administration tasks related to the role or the support of customer operations

Other information:

  • The company is located away from main travel routes so please ensure you can comfortably travel to their location prior to applying
  • During the 14 months of this programme you will be completing a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard

The ideal candidate will be highly personable with excellent organisation and communication skills.   You will need to be hard working, possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.  You must be confident to work successfully as part of a team and have a flexible attitude to react to demands placed on you as required.  You will be required to be highly IT literate.
