This is a varied and interesting role within a busy independent estate/ lettings agents, which will help the right person grow their knowledge within this area and develop the essential skills to build a promising career in the property industry. 

Working as part of a dedicated sales team to ensure that customer service standards are of the highest at all times, and sales administration is kept up to date and managed according to the company guidelines.  This is a varied and interesting job role within a busy independent estate agents.  This job will enable you to grow and enhance your knowledge within the industry and enable you to take the first step on the career sales ladder with Jeffries.

Duties will include:

We are looking for two hardworking and motivated individuals to join our busy Gosport team.  The job role will include:

  • Face to face contact with potential clients
  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Filing of property and client details
  • Updating company database
  • Taking photos of properties
  • Showing properties
  • Other general administrative duties

Skills required:

  • Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office desirable
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales

  • Willing to train to obtain further experience and qualifications

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE English Grade C/4 and above or equivalent
  • GCSE Maths Grade C/4 and above or equivalent


  • Staff Room facilities
  • 20 days paid holiday, plus 8 statutory days holiday

  • If successful and found to be suitable, long term employment may be available

  • Additional training and qualifications available within the industry sector
  • Having a full clean driving license would be advantageous but is not essential
  • During the first 14 months of the Apprenticeship you will complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship standard in Customer Service
