The Invoicing Administrator will provide an efficient service to our customers, ensuring our high levels of customer service are maintained at every stage of the booking. The post holders will check off all invoices to ensure all details are correct, they will liaise with tour operators if any of the details are incorrect and ensure the amendments have been actioned.

Duties will include:

  • Checking all details on invoices
  • Sending out client documentation
  • Negotiating with suppliers on amendment charges and other issues
  • Chase operators for outstanding documents
  • Answering customer questions regarding travel documentation
  • Logging notes onto Dashboard
  • Dealing with any issues on an ad hoc basis.

Skills required:

  • Must have excellent IT skills and the confidence to take on and use new systems
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office desirable
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales

Qualifications required:

  • Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English


  • Staff Room facilities
  • Free on site Car Park
  • 20 days paid holiday rising to 25 once in a permanent full time role and having completed an agreed length of service, plus 8 statutory days holiday

Future Prospects:

  • For the first 15 months within this position you will be completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard
  • If successful and found to be suitable, long term employment may be available
