A great opportunity for the right candidate to join a busy organisation to increase their admin and customer service skills and learn many other skills to progress with their programme

Based in Farlington, this friendly company supply, service and repair all types of cleaning equipment. With 25 years’ experience in the field, they provide this service for Local Government, the British Red Cross and many more.

Duties will include:

  • Invoicing PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) Work Daily
  • Responsible for maintaining an annual PAT Schedule for one of our largest customers and invoicing for their PAT & Repair Work
  • Filing invoices and maintaining filing cabinets
  • Emailing invoices or statements to customers
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Dealing with shared Sales Inbox
  • Assisting with scheduling deliveries, repair, service & PAT work
  • Liaising with customers re the above and updating the Work Board
  • Keeping in contact with customers regarding outstanding orders
  • Chasing unconfirmed PAT and Service bookings
  • Reminding customers about their PAT and Service bookings a month in advance
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
  • Assisting with contacting Suppliers regarding Purchase Orders & raising them
  • Emailing Supplier Remittances monthly
  • Filing Supplier Invoices
  • Assisting with Customer Service Contracts
  • Assisting with walk-in customers and taking payments

  • Ability to work with own initiative
  • Comfortable working in a high pressured/fast paced environment
  • High organisational skills

  • Show a willingness to learn

Qualifications required:

  • Required English Grade A*-C/4 – 9 at GCSE level or equivalent 
  • Desired Maths grade A*-C/4 - 9 at GCSE level or equivalent


  • 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays
  • Free on site car park
