Based in our Service Department as part of our small UK team, we are looking for someone who wishes to progress to delivering the highest levels of customer service to our customers, our dealer network and our company. Owing to the size of our team, you will need to be flexible in your thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Suunto Diving UK supply top end diving equipment to a network of dealers around the whole of the UK.

Duties will include:

  • Liaise with the general public and our network of suppliers.
  • Service dive computers.
  • Pick and pack stock items to fulfil orders from our dealers.
  • Process stock deliveries from our suppliers.
  • Work as part of the team in the office and warehouse.
  • Whilst at work ensure that the service room, warehouse and office are tidy.

Other information:

  • The company is located at a remote industrial estate with minimal public transport.
  • You will need to hold a full driving licence for this position.
  • Some travel and off site working may be required.
  • Level 3 qualification in Customer Service

Skills required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about working and learning from the team
  • PC literate
  • Scuba diving interest or qualification desirable

Personal qualities:

  • Cheerful, enthusiastic and outgoing personality with the desire to learn all about our business.
  • Out going
  • Forward thinking and self-motivated

Qualifications required:

  • Age 16 and over with 4 GCSE’s at Grade C/4 or higher including Math’s and English or an Intermediate Apprenticeship is Customer Service level 2.
