The need for an Administration assistant has arisen from growth in all aspects of the business. This role will be working with a supportive and friendly team to help you grow within an interesting and at times challenging job in the property management industry. Evolve Partnership Limited provides outsourced solutions to the property industry throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland which includes photography, floor plans, property particulars, viewings, inventories and market appraisals. We are also a Green Deal Advice Organisation heavily engaged with Green Deal Providers in the delivery of energy efficiency measures into residential and commercial property.

Duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone to clients, subcontractors, such as Domestic Energy Assessors, Inventory Clerks and Local Property Experts.
  • Using our IT systems to provide updates on the progress of instructions to our clients and allocation of work to our sub-contractors.
  • Checking the electronic delivery of work from our subcontractors into our systems.
  • Using specialist software to draw floor plans from sketches or scanned drawings.
  • Quality checking data such as photographs, floor plans and property descriptions before release to our clients.
  • Daily chasing of sub-contractors to arrange appointments, complete jobs and release data.

Skills required:

  • The ability to communicate articulately in both the spoken and written (email) word are fundamental prerequisites of the position.
