Duties will include:

  • Provide clerical and word processing support ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • To answer and direct telephone enquiries from staff, pupils, parents and the general public and general reception duties.
  • Provide administrative support, e.g. photocopying, typing, filing, collation of pupil reports, receiving deliveries.
  • To retrieve and update information on manual and computer based systems
  • Report student and school issues in line with the School’s policies for health and safety, child protection, behaviour management etc.
  • Be involved in Extra Curricula Activities, e.g. open days, presentation evenings.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

  • Maths and English grade 4-9 / A-C equivalent as well as good ICT skills


  • The role is term time only and salary is on a pro rata basis

Future Prospects:

  • There may be the opportunity to progress within the school, also the opportunity to progress to an advance level apprenticeship.
