Working alongside the Company Directors and Recruitment Consultants supporting in all aspects of the day to day administration support processes within the business. This is an ideal position if you are looking for a long term career within the recruitment/sales industry. Starting at the very beginning by learning and understanding all elements of recruitment, selection and client management there will be a long term opportunity for the successful apprentice to further their career as a resourcer or consultant.

Duties will include:

  • Answering and taking calls with candidates and clients
  • Occasional meet and Greet visitors into the office
  • Obtaining identification and references to ensure suitability (following a strict process including GDPR compliance)
  • Assist Consultants to match CVs with jobs
  • Advertising job positions
  • To work with and manage client enquiries
  • To maintain accurate records of all recruitment and relevant processes
  • To manage and update the applicant and client database
  •  Answering calls and emails and ensuring the appropriate action is taken
