Medatech sell, develop and support ERP software for companies in the UK and abroad. They are a good employer of apprentices; they train their staff to stay with them and have long term careers with potential for progression routes within the company.

Duties will include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Logging service calls
  • Data entry
  • General office assistance
  • Assisting project managers
  • Maintaining the prospect database
  • Calling prospects
  • Generating marketing collateral
  • Maintaining social media campaigns
  • Generating news stories

Other information:

  • It is beneficial if you hold full driving license and own a car.

Skills required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Package (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience working with LinkedIn and WordPress
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Personal qualities:

  • Attention to detail and problem solving

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-C (4-9) in Maths and English is essential for this role.


  • 20 days paid holiday and 8 statutory days holiday
