Halo Recruitment has an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity within their Portchester office. They are looking to recruit an outgoing, ambitious and professional individual who is looking for a long-term career opportunity within the fast paced world of Recruitment.
This position is a customer service driven administration role. Working within the permanent contracts team.

Between their small team they have a wealth of experience within the recruitment industry, specialising in but not limited to Sales and Customer Service, Call Centre, Insurance, IT, Estate Agency and Lettings, Marketing, Administration, Accountancy and Senior Selection.

Duties will include:

The job role will entail assisting with the day to day administration duties within the office which include

  • Updating databases
  • Formatting CV’s
  • Updating Job Boards
  • Filing
  • Updating Client packs
  • Updating client records

The role will also involve face to face contact with candidates and the occasional client.  You will be expected to promote current job opportunities to potential candidates over the phone and face to face

This is not a sales role, however following successful completion of the Apprenticeship programmed it is hoped that you will grow and develop within the business to eventually become a full Recruitment Consultant.

Qualifications required:

2 GCSE's at grade C/4 or above (or equivalents) including Maths and English
