The successful candidate will be taking Helpdesk calls through a very busy telephone system. Our clients use this telephone line for name and address verification. During this time, they will be required to input notices received from our clients to assist the Client Service department.

Duties will include:

The candidate will assist the Prosecutions and Debt Recovery Department with the following tasks:

  • Open incoming mail and distribute accordingly - Mail is received daily for each department and this needs actioning as soon delivered. The candidate will be responsible for opening and distributing the mail to the appropriate team.
  • Action false returns passed over from Client Support - Correspondence which has been sent in as False will need to be actioned daily to find the correct details for the offender.
  • Monitor Kitchen – Duties to include checking and maintaining fridge, checking stock levels for cleaning products and refreshments and emptying dishwasher.
  • Reception Duties- Duties to include keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc. Welcoming clients and staff members as they arrive and ensure they leave the building safely. Ordering stationary when required. 
  • Internal Debt Recovery processing – Assist the Debt Recovery Department with the investigation of false cases using an inhouse tracing tool programme.
  • General tasks- Other duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the department such as Filing, Scanning/photocopying and locating documentation ready for court preparation.

  • Please note all applicants will be required to attend a pre-entry interview with PETA before an application can be progressed
  • This position would suit an individual who has a keen interest in Business Administration
  • You will work towards the following qualifications:
    • Business Administrator Level 3
    • Functional Skills level 2 in English and Maths if required
