Duties will include:

To support the company’s growth strategy a decision has been made to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice. He or she will play a key role in assisting the Compliance team in everyday responsibilities.  If you also have an interest in recruitment, this role could lead to long term opportunities within a proactive and growing job role.  Ideally you will have some knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Service – To register candidates by gaining enough relevant information to exceed the candidate’s expectations by offering a reliable and responsive service to the required quality standard.

Admin – To manage all administrative processes ensuring timely production and compliance with operating standards

  • Co-ordination and follow up of reference and eligibility checks
  • Updating of client database ensuring accuracy on an ongoing basis
  • Recording and checking of contract candidates benefit plans
  • Ad-Hoc duties as required by team or the wider group

All duties to be carried out within a climate of co-operation, support, honesty and efficiency, providing personal commitment to meeting the needs of clients, applicants and colleagues.

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage
  • Must have excellent IT skills and the confidence to take on and use new systems
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales
  • Willing to train to obtain further experience and qualifications

Qualifications required:

  • Math and English Language at Grade C/4 or above
