Duties will include:

To support the company’s growth strategy a decision has been made to recruit a Business & Marketing Administration Apprentice. He or she will play a key role in assisting the team in everyday responsibilities.  If you also have an interest in marketing, this role could lead to long term opportunities within a proactive and growing job role.  Ideally you will have some knowledge of Microsoft applications.

  • To answer external telephone calls in accordance with the business needs
  • To support in all aspects of administration with the Sales and Marketing teams
  • To manage the sales process of orders via Amazon, E-Bay etc
  • To manage and oversee the stock rotation
  • Assisting the marketing team on set advertising and PR campaigns focussing on the administration support for: - Photo’s, Materials, Newsletters etc.

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage
  • Must have excellent IT skills and the confidence to take on and use new systems
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales
  • Willing to train to obtain further experience and qualifications

Qualifications required:

  • Maths and English Language at Grade C/4 or above
