The day to day duties of the Apprentice will be within the sales operation of the company. The Apprentice must apply learnt skills and competencies in all aspects of the sales process for the addition of new customers and the retention and development of existing accounts.

Duties will include:

Excellent opportunity for an apprentice to join Atom IP who provide reliable and cost-effective solutions for connectivity, IT solutions and VoIP phone systems.

  • Contacting and developing existing and new customer relationships
  • Direct telesales and appointment making
  • Achieving targets within critical time frames
  • Business development and account management
  • Maintaining customer records and monitoring progress and activity

  • Good command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Good communication skills
  • Personable and Proactive
  • Interest in technology and sales

Qualifications required:

  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade A*-C (Grade 4 to 9) including English and Maths
