Duties will include:

You will assist our purchasing and office teams in all aspects of day to day administration tasks.

  • Support the purchasing team with general administration duties.
  • To support operational functions liaising with departments, customers and vendors, maintaining relationships and updating database. 
  • Provide high levels of customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Advise delivery schedules to clients within departmental KPI’s.
  • Maintain the Company database through accurate data input.
  • Telephone and email communication
  • Switchboard duties to manage incoming calls to the department.
  • Work with the team and Operations management to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizational goals to maximize effective, efficient, profitable output
  • Maintain the companies Health and Safety policy’s

Qualifications required

  • GCSE grade A – C / 4 - 9 in Math’s and English (or equivalent)
