Duties will include:

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our busy team. The job role will include:

Initially:

  • Face to face and telehone/skype contact with potential clients
  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Updating company database
  • Other general administrative duties
  • Various other duties to support all administration elements

Leading onto:

  • The candidate would be working on live projects contracted by individuals and businesses each looking for a mobile app/website capable of achieving different deliverables and each with a variety of features
  • Occasionally onsite or virtual meetings maybe required to attend with the director in order to discover client requirements or to give demonstrations of previous projects/client programmes working alongside technical director
  • we expect the candidate to manage multiple client programmes in which they will account manage each one through skype/zoom virtual meetings with our development teams to manage and ensure timelines are hit during each phase of the build and updates are effectively communicated back to the end client. We also expect the candidate to coordinate with the core development team in India and Dubai.
  • To sit in on introductory requirement setting calls with the director and technical team to understand client requirements for our mobile app and website projects with the view with training to take direct client calls/onsite meetings to understand client requirements and portray Chimpare Designs best practises, processes, packages and pricing
  • Follow up daily sales leads sheet by emailing/calling clients for new business that have enquired through one of our multiple digital marketing channels
  • Familiarising yourself with our daily systems like Skype, google sheets/docs, Freedcamp, email, live chat, zoom, Microsoft office, all of which would be used on a regular basis.
  • Follow sales processes and qualification process in order to extract customer requirements ie budget, features, timeframes.
  • From a digital marketing perspective we expect daily posts and updates of our social media accounts with fresh new content to reach our worldwide customer base
  • To also account manage our existing mobile app/ website clients and create and manage their digital marketing packages through support, guidance and recommendation
  • Look into new means of digital marketing and marketing on the whole as company on an international scale
  • Leading the company’s international marketing expansion with refining our packages, prices and material, putting an efficient process in place for new and existing clients
  • Coaching and training will be provided during the apprenticeship shadowing the Sales Director, Digital Marketing Specialist, Director

Skills required:

  • Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office desirable
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE English Grade C and above or equivalent
  • GCSE Maths Grade D and above or equivalent
