Working as a Business Administrator apprentice for this company you will be supporting the Head Office functions, providing administration help to the Operational Team. As part of the apprenticeship training you will also receive training in other such as Sales & Marketing, HR and Accounts Team so a complete overview and understanding how each department works and gaining experience in all processes of the company.

CC Infrastructure has been trading since 1998 and has over 20 years’ experience delivering specialist rejuvenation, protection and maintenance services across London, Birmingham, Manchester and the South of England.

Creative, value-added and innovative solutions used across a multitude of sectors; transport (highways and rail), local government, construction and Business Improvement Districts to name but a few.

Duties will include:

  • Carrying out quote follow ups
  • Managing CRM tasks
  • Dealing with new enquiries and sending out introduction emails and information in the post
  • Organising company events throughout the year
  • Assisting with training, holiday and sickness recordings
  • reating new tasks on Jobwatch for relevant subjects
  • Keeping the company’s database Jobwatch & CRM up to date and accurate
  • Creation of all invoices, including applications for payments and ensuring these are raised on completion of the works and sent to the client
  • Health & Safety documentation, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Systems of Work etc. to meet and satisfy HSE Regulations are supplied to the operational team
  • Weekly scheduling & forecasting and ensuring it is completed in a timely manner

Other information:

  • Interviews will be held 4 weeks after lockdown is lifted
  • Potential start date will be around 5 weeks after lockdown is lifted

Skills required:

  • Ability to Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous customer service experience desirable

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE Maths Grades A-C / 9-4 or level 2 functional skills equivalent
