Aqua Hire are looking for two hire coordinator apprentices to join their team in a fast-paced growing company, you will be reporting to the senior hire coordinator and have a hand in customer support through sales enquiries and following up on quotes amongst other duties. You will take lead from your senior team member and in turn work towards a customer service qualification. If you have a can-do attitude, lots of determination and are committed to learning new skills and future development prospects then this could be perfect for you

Duties will include:

  • Receiving sales enquiries via phone/email
  • Quoting customers
  • Following up on outstanding quotes
  • Action requests from the sales team
  • Raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers
  • The correct usage of internal system to record all hire contract & customer information
  • Learning full sales process both internal and external
  • Correct application of AQUA hire process for incoming enquiry
  • Checking new hire contract details for discrepancies
  • Communicating with customers regarding their live hires: purchase order / new / continuation

Other information:

  • A driving licence and vehicle would be preferable, but is not essential, as you will need to come to the PETA Training Centre in Cosham once a month for your 'off-job training'.
