Duties will include:

  • Website maintenance, Adding & Updating Product Details & Availability
  • Communicating with customers via Email & Messenger
  • Implementing & Communicating Via Social Media Strategies Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr
  • Creating and monitoring email campaigns via mailchimp
  • Analysing the effectiveness of all marketing strategies and finding new/better ways of marketing to our customers new & existing
  • Physical stock control Printing, Picking & Packing Orders
  • Dealing with Returns including Steaming & Repacking
  • General Office Administration
  • Visiting Trade Events including Fashion Shows & Exhibitions

Other information:

  • During your first 18 months you will complete the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Standard at Level 3

Skills required:

  • IT experience preferable but full training will be given
  • Flexible

Personal qualities:

  • Keen to learn
  • Interest in IT/websites
  • Interest in Social Media
  • Willingness to get on with more menial tasks suck as picking and packing order when needed.

Qualifications required:

  • A-C (4-9) grade for Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent


  • Progression routes within the company for the right candidate

Future Prospects:

  • The potential to gain full time employment with the employer
