Duties will include:

Due to continued growth and expansion, we have a vacancy for an Apprentice with a primary role in IT Support but also must be prepared to take part in IT, Telecoms and Connectivity related services.

We are looking for a person who has a true interest in IT and technology and is keen to develop problem solving and customer service skills with the support from likeminded colleagues who have taken a similar path.

Other information:

  • Within the 21 months of this Apprenticeship you will complete:
    • Infrastructure Technician Standard Level 3

Skills required:

  • Ability to solve problems

  • Ideally you will have an understanding of confidentially and safeguarding, Previous helpdesk experience, Microsoft Dynamics AX, TFS and SharePoint experience – Please note this is not essential

Qualifications required:

  • Aged 16 and over with 4 GCSE’s at grade D/3 or higher including Maths and English
