iRed are looking for a sales and digital marketing assistant to support our rapidly growing retail division. The role will primarily focus on all aspects revolving around the ecommerce store: lead engagement, CRM, product promotions, short marketing campaigns, copywriting, order fulfilment, social media engagement, inventory management and more.

iRed is an industry-leading remote sensing consultancy, providing specialist non-contact measurement surveys, training and solutions across the UK. We’re a technology and innovation leader with a sixteen-year history of specialisation in infrared thermography. Our research-led development has broadened the thermal imaging technology platform in recent years to also include multispectral, photogrammetry and advanced camera deployment using drones.

Duties will include:

  • Maintain the online store with new products, revisions and EOL items
  • Fulfil online and direct orders
  • Book in new inventory
  • Identify aged stock and prepare promotion
  • Monitor competition for solutions and training
  • Create short marketing campaigns to promote new products
  • Engage with social media
  • Produce and publish short articles for new products and courses 

Additional Information:

Training will be offered in:

  • Adobe products
  • Google product suite – Gmail, Analytics, Shopping
  • Zoho product suite
  • Mailchimp / email marketing

Skills required:

  • Good IT skills across Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and basic skills for various social media platforms
  • Interest in technological products and ideally aviation / drones
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud
  • WordPress experience
  • Mailchimp experience
  • Great written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of Maths

Qualifications required:

  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade A*-C (Grade 4 to 9) including English and Maths
