Due to continued growth and expansion, we have a vacancy for an Apprentice with a primary role in IT Support but also must be prepared to take part in IT, Telecoms and Connectivity related services. We are looking for a person who has a true interest in IT and technology and is keen to develop problem solving and customer service skills with the support from likeminded colleagues who have taken a similar path.

Carrera UK is an IT support company that provides support to small and medium sized business’s mainly in the South covering a wide range of IT Services including Server based networks, Workstations, Laptops, Cloud Services, Web and Internet based projects.

Duties will include:

Additional Information:

  • We can help with transport to and from Waterlooville area if candidate doesn’t have transport
  • Within the 21 months of this Apprenticeship you will complete: Infrastructure Technician Standard Level 3

Skills required:

  • Ability to solve problems
  • Genuine interest in IT and Technology
  • Previous helpdesk experience, Microsoft Dynamics AX, TFS and SharePoint experience – please note this is not essential
  • A driving license will be an advantage but again is not essential

  • Ideally you will have an understanding of confidentially and safeguarding

Qualifications required:

  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade A*-C (Grade 4 to 9) including English and Maths


  • 20 days paid holiday plus 8 days bank holidays
