Circle Cloud are looking for an Apprentice due to the expansion of their client’s engineering and support teams. They are looking to recruit an Apprentice Level 3 Infrastructure Technician for their Head Office based in Central Southampton.

Duties will include:

  • You will primarily be in a technical desk-based customer service role, resolving service requests and speaking to customers on the phone to help troubleshoot issues
  • You will also assist the existing networking team with network support as well as work with the Installations Manager in planning upcoming internet-based phone system installations.
  • Speaking to customers and responding to queries/issues
  • Planning the upcoming installations
  • Technical help desk first line

Other information:

  • Driving license is ESSENTIAL as a company vehicle will be used and individual has to be 21 years or older for insurance purposes.

  • You will be highly organised, have good attention to detail, have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and a brilliant telephone manner
  • You will be willing to work hard and eager to learn
  • You will be calm under pressure and instil confidence in others
  • You will have an enquiring mind, will be accurate and methodical and will be logical and structured in your thinking process
  • You will relish troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • You will be flexible, adaptable, possess the ability to multitask and have good interpersonal skills

  • You should have basic programming skills or an interest in coding/scripting
