Active Listening

The key to effective communication

Who is it for?

Active listening requires a two-way exchange of information. It is about the ability to absorb, understand and show interest in the topic being discussed.  There is a big difference between “hearing” someone speak and “listening with intent”.  This one day special course will look at the skills and techniques required to help individuals achieve active listening within their day to day working life.

Perfect for anyone wanting to develop their skills in effective communication, particularly team leaders, supervisors, front line customer facing staff and those needing to think clearly under pressure.
