Who is it for?

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) applies from 25 May 2018 and brings important changes to data protection law. It’s alarming to learn that 46% of businesses* do not have a plan in place to meet these changes as for many employers, these regulations bring significant changes in the way they collect, process, utilise and manage personal data. With the implementation date nearing, now is the time to commence planning actions to lead your business towards compliance.

This course is designed to provide a practical approach for individuals tasked with the responsibility for taking a lead role in developing strategy, revising and developing policy and procedures, educating employees as to how the regulations apply to them and what they must do to comply.

  • Present how they apply to differing aspects of business functionality (roles and responsibilities)
