This apprenticeship develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in a modern administrative role.
You will learn how to:
Communication and Stakeholder Support
- Communicate confidently and professionally with internal teams, customers, suppliers and external organisations.
- Use a variety of communication methods including telephone, email, video conferencing, online platforms and face-to-face interactions.
- Build positive working relationships while representing your organisation professionally.
Meetings and Event Administration
- Support the planning and coordination of meetings and events.
- Prepare documentation, agendas and resources.

Information and Data Management
