What led you to work for PETA?

I have a background predominately in office furniture and interiors working in both local government and commercial sectors. I worked collaboratively with each organisation to achieve their company goals and visions. I came to work with PETA as a client focused sales professional, I find that the culture and ethos at PETA fit perfectly with my background.

What is your role at PETA and what drives you to do what you do?

My role within PETA is Strategic Account Manager. Responsible for engaging with both new and existing clients, to offer quality and suitable adult education programmes, to assist with both business and employee growth and commercial needs.

What knowledge or experience do you draw upon for your role?

My knowledge of client engagement and customer service helps me to give businesses the information and solutions required to achieve their goals.

How do you approach your role on a day-to-day basis? What skills are required?

On a day-to-day basis it is important for me to be organised and positive about my day. I use these organisational skills to make sure admin and systems are up to date, prepare for meetings/calls and hit my KPI's and targets.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

I often go to the gym to keep my physical and mental health in shape, I have two cats and two dogs that keep me very busy and motivated and two daughters equally so! I'm also very passionate about food!

Honesty, openness and integrity are my personal values. Being able to deliver what I promise, is very important to me.
