Who is it for?

In 2015/16 stress accounted for 37% of all work related ill-health cases and 45% of all working days lost due to ill-health. Alongside sickness absence, work related stress is known to be linked with staff turnover and issues such as increased errors. This course is designed to help those who have a responsibility for individuals and their wellbeing in the workplace, and the ability to influence strategy and practice to reduce the likelihood and impact of stress.
