An Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised training programme which is predominantly work-based and can be used to train both new and existing employees for which funding is available from the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
At PETA, we have over 45 years of experience of delivering successful Apprenticeship training.
We work extensively with employers to source, pre-select, mentor and train young adults entering the world of work via an Apprenticeship and have many employers who recruit year on year recognising the importance of keeping the skills levels fresh throughout their business for now and the future.
Apprenticeships are now available in more roles than ever in a wide range of industry sectors so all employers can now benefit from a cost-effective, rewarding and beneficial route to recruiting and developing staff.
