Training that will prepare your staff for new challenges

The effects of the pandemic have been diverse and wide reaching.

Article summary: Businesses have seen staff having to adapt in a range of ways, whether it’s changes in roles, moving up into higher positions, stepping in to plug skills gaps or simply working from home to keep everyone safe.

Our Mate to Manager course - supporting individuals who are stepping up to managerial roles - has been hugely popular and extremely well-received since the pandemic began. At a time when people’s roles and responsibilities are changing and expanding, we’re offering a suite of ‘transitional step up’ courses to boost your employees’ confidence, capabilities and performance…

  • Considering the situation (when to listen – when to speak)

  • Facilitating the nub of the issues (learning to draw out the salient points)

  • Encouraging self-help (explore what they can do rather than what they can’t)

  • Building a plan (creating their own road map of moving forward)

  • Leaving the room (promoting a sense of a way forward to change situations)
