Who is it for?

The primary role is to establish and maintain communications systems under supervision, using a range of remote and physical tools and equipment. Responsibilities would likely include the installation of basic communication hardware and software, responding to routine service requests from internal and external sources including fault rectification across a range of technologies.

  • Entry onto the Register of IT Technicians following completion of SFIA Level 3
