Duties will include:

  • This role will operate within a Fleet Admin Support function.  Your role will be to  deliver exceptional service to our internal and external customer’s providing administrative support to the customer facing teams ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved. As a Fleet Associate you will need to always be prepared to take ownership of our customers’ individual requirements.
  • Deliver an incredible customer experience for every customer you come into contact with
  • Adopt customer 1st strategy, focus on first time resolution and own customer issues through to completion.
  • Remain solutions focused and take ownership on every customer interaction – both internally and externally.
  • Ensure that all written communications are clear, concise, are free of spelling and grammatical errors and are professionally written using business language.
  • Understand and be able to explain how our products and services meet the customer needs.
  • Build and maintain professional, effective relationships with all internal departments and clients ensuring a clear understanding of priorities and impacts outside of the immediate team.
  • Ensure compliance/security procedures are followed at all times relating to customer experience, client requirements and Inchcape internal standards.   
  • Bring our company values to life through your actions and behaviours when dealing with all internal and external customers and clients.
  • Be responsible for own development, requesting coaching and training as appropriate

 Other information:

  • Working hours (37.5 hours shift pattern):
    • Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
    • Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
    • Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 6.00 pm
  • Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • This role involves shift work
  • Situated in an out of town location but easily accessible via public transport routes
