Course Booking Terms and Conditions

Course Fees

Organisations who are not members of PETA can pay by BACS transfer or by debit or credit card via the PETA website. Members who pay by invoice should pay within 30 days of the date of issue. All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Registration Fees

All registration fees are not refundable or transferable.

First Transfers and Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the course. Transfers and late cancellations will incur the following charges based upon the time of receipt of written notification (fax acceptable) prior to the course commencement date. Delegates who fail to attend will be charged the full fee.

Second and Subsequent Transfers and Cancellations

The following charges shall apply to second and subsequent transfers instigated by the customer.

Any transfers instigated by PETA will not be charged to the client. However, where the client agrees to the transfer, and then subsequently cancels the booking or effects a further transfer then the above charges shall apply. Nominees who fail to attend will be charged the full fee.

PETA Cancellation

In the event of cancellation for any reasons whatsoever or howsoever by PETA, the limit of PETA’s liability shall be to use its best endeavours to give notice of such cancellation and no further.

Special promotions/discounts

Special Promotions

Occasionally, PETA  offers special rates and promotions on selected courses or services. These special promotions are only available for the courses/services taking place on the date of the promotion and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and will not be transferred.

Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis and cannot be held provisionally.

Please be aware also that such promotions are for the duration of the offer only and therefore are not available to customers who are already booked on to the course or service. An existing customer booked on to the course or service will not be able to cancel and re-book under the offer.
