PETA is consistently looking to make sure that we have a clear understanding of the industries we work in, allowing us to offer the Training and Consultancy which supports the relevant needs of our customers. We would like to invite you to our PETA Peer Group and Annual L&D Workshop, taking place on Wednesday 15th May between 10:00 - 14:30 with a buffet style lunch included.
These workshops are designed with the aim to bring leaders together across various fields and foster collaborative discussions that delve into a range of topics. Your continued commitment and engagement is so valuable in ensuring we contribute towards your future and meet the requirements you have. Following our previous successes within our Engineering and H&S Workshops, we're excited to see what this diverse range of expertise and experience can explore.
Please find below an outline of our session:
10:00: Data Mapping and Management session with Adam Jenkins
11:00 - 12:00: What PETA do and the reasons behind why, with the opportunity to add in what you feel we are missing (this will include but not be limited to, Management Development routes, Suite of Personal Development, Commercial Skills and new for 2024). We will also like to explore your preferences for training delivery e.g. Virtual, in person or blended?
12:00 - 12:30: Lunch - Buffet Style
12:30 - 14:30: We will explore your thoughts on Agile Leadership in Business, Ai in Business and EDI within the workplace.
