COVID-19 | Customer Update

These are extraordinary times and, like you, we continue to follow updates from the Government regarding the Coronavirus situation.

For our customers, our staff and our suppliers’ safety, our commitment to stemming the spread of the COVID-19 virus led to us temporarily close our Access Point and Havant sites on 23 March with the aim to re-open on 20 April 2020.

The PETA team have responded superbly to the situation, adapting with agility, speed and passion to remote working whilst offering our customers continuity of service. We are immensely proud of how they have come together as a team in these challenging and uncertain times, with a smile and positive determination.

Many of our customers continue to contact us and have expressed a keen interest in returning to a sense of normality as soon as possible. Training remains a key part of their agenda to ensure their people have the skills needed to build a foundation for business recovery and future growth.

To support this need, our aim remains to re-open our sites on 20 April and, should delivery of our services recommence, we will do so adhering strictly to the social distancing and any other government guidelines applicable.

However, it is an evolving picture and we will continue to communicate updates should this plan change.
