This prestigious Awards Ceremony showcases PETA apprentices and their employers from throughout the Solent region.

This fantastic evening will be an opportunity to promote the achievements and successes of apprentices in Engineering, Finance, Business, ICT and Management and their supporting employers.

The apprentice awards comprise:

Engineering - Fitter & MOET
Engineering - Engineering Operative, Welder, Machinist and Technician
ICT (Technical, Data or Digital)
Team Leading - Management Level 3
Leadership Management - Management Level 5, Coaching and Process Leader
Business Administration
Finance
BRAND NEW FOR 2026: Best First Year (apprentices nominated by the PETA team)
Overall Apprentice of the Year (decided from one of the other category winners)

The business awards are:

Best Apprenticeship Employer Award (SMEs - up to 250 employees)
Best Apprenticeship Employer Award (Corporates - over 250 employees)
Rising Star Award (an employee who was previously an apprentice and has progressed and excelled through the organisation)
Mentor of the Year Award (an employee who has gone above and beyond to support an apprentice)
PETA Trainer and PETA Learning and Development Coach as chosen by our apprentices

Course benefits

An opportunity to experience a showcase celebration of talent, supported by the opportunity to network with other businesses and the PETA Apprenticeship team.

A three course meal with wine is included.
