YRAM Solutions Ltd (New Car Contract) are a very busy and fast growing car leasing company in Sarisbury Green.

The company requires an Apprentice Business Administrator member to assist the Senior Managers in administration and price researching. This crucial role requires strong organisational skills along with accuracy and attention to detail.

YRAM Solutions Limited, trading as New Car Contract, is a vehicle leasing and finance business based in Southampton with customers all over the UK. Regulated by the financial conduct authority and members of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA); the business has over 20 years’ experience in sourcing the right car and the right deal for their clients.

The Director is committed to the growth of the business and has identified that he would reap positive performance benefits from recruiting an Apprentice Business Administrator to support Senior Managers in administration and price researching.

Duties will include:

  • Using various online systems, websites, funder sites and databases to compare and update information
  • Using MS Word to write reports and MS Excel to price / report / upload pricing
  • Researching pricing against market and making alterations / reporting as necessary
  • Answering the Phone and making outbound calls to customers and suppliers
  • General administration duties
  • Inputting new pricing

Skills required:

  • Previous administration experience would be very well received
  • Good knowledge of MS office products especially MS Excel
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Comfortable and articulate on phone
  • Excellent customer service skills

 Qualifications required:

  • A grade C / 4 or above in GCSE Mathematics or equivalent
  • A grade C / 4 or above in GCSE English Language or equivalent
