What led you to work for PETA?

My working career has always involved customer contact of some kind giving me an extensive knowledge to draw upon.  Worked in Civil Service, NHS and Private industry sectors.

What is your role at PETA and what drives you to do what you do?

Administrator, to complete my tasks within my role to the best of my ability.

What knowledge or experience do you draw upon for your role?

My extensive customer service knowledge acquired during my working career and my personal values.

How do you approach your role on a day-to-day basis? What skills are required?

Prioritise workload- revisiting as the working day unfolds. Tact, diplomacy, humour and a good work ethic.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

Family, Walking and charity fundraising.

What are your personal values, and what is important to you?

Being honest with myself and others and taking ownership for any mistakes made.  Family – health and well being.
